Shehbaz Sharif Terrorism Statement Reaffirms Pakistan’s Anti-Terror Resolve
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif Terrorism Statement has reaffirmed the government’s determination to eliminate terrorism from Pakistan and protect national peace at all costs.
Chairing a meeting of the Federal Cabinet in Islamabad, Shehbaz Sharif declared that the blood of Pakistan’s martyrs has drawn a line that no one can erase — a line of courage, patriotism, and unity. “This struggle for Pakistan’s security will continue until the last terrorist is eliminated,” the Prime Minister stated.
He noted that federal and provincial institutions, parliamentarians, civil servants, and the armed forces are working tirelessly to secure the country. “All this effort will be meaningless if we fail to crush terrorism completely,” he added.
PM Shehbaz Sharif Calls for Decisive Action Against Terrorism
In his terrorism statement, Shehbaz Sharif stressed that the time has come for decisive action. He said that the recent sacrifices of Pakistan’s security personnel have once again proved that the nation is united against extremism.
“These martyrs are the crown jewels of Pakistan’s honor and dignity,” he said. “Their sacrifices must never be forgotten. Ignoring their blood and bravery would be the greatest injustice to our nation and its future generations.”
The Prime Minister reiterated that there can be no compromise in the fight against terrorism, and urged all stakeholders to stand with the armed forces and law enforcement agencies.
Warning to Terror Facilitators and Supporters
In his Shehbaz Sharif Terrorism Statement, the Prime Minister issued a strong warning to individuals or groups who provide shelter or support to terrorists, declaring that they are equally guilty of attacking the state.
“These Khawarij (rebellious elements) are enemies of Pakistan,” he said. “They may receive help from some elements, but their actions will not go unpunished.”
He emphasized that Pakistan’s armed forces and police are defending the nation day and night with their blood, while the government continues to strengthen counterterrorism measures to ensure peace in every province.
National Unity and Tribute to Martyrs
Shehbaz Sharif said that national unity is the most powerful weapon against terrorism. He called upon citizens, political leaders, and state institutions to work together to safeguard Pakistan’s sovereignty.
“The martyrs’ blood binds us together as one nation,” he said. “It is our moral and national duty to continue their mission and defeat every form of extremism.”
He reaffirmed that Pakistan’s anti-terrorism strategy is based on zero tolerance and complete elimination of all militant networks operating within its borders.
