Blaze Engulfs LDA Office Building
A fire erupted in the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) offices on Monday morning, causing panic among staff members and visitors. According to initial reports, the fire began in the record section before spreading to other parts of the building.
Rescue Teams on the Scene
Rescue 1122 teams and firefighters reached the site soon after the alarm was raised. Efforts are underway to extinguish the flames and prevent further damage. Officials said the fire may have been triggered by an electrical short circuit, though an investigation is ongoing.
No Casualties Reported So Far
LDA representatives confirmed that all employees were safely evacuated from the building. However, there are concerns about the loss of important documents and official files. The area has been cordoned off until the site is declared safe.
