Selection Criteria and Evaluation
Punjab govt has decided the Punjab School Education Department stated that schools will be evaluated on key performance indicators, including exam results, student participation, teacher performance, and overall management. The top 100 schools will share the prize money based on their ranking.
Boosting Motivation in Public Schools
Education experts believe this reward system will motivate teachers and administrators to focus on long-term educational improvement. The government hopes the move will set a new benchmark for academic excellence across Punjab’s education network.
