Officer’s Body Recovered in Mastung
A Balochistan police officer who had gone missing earlier this week was found dead in Mastung district, officials confirmed on Sunday. The body was recovered from a deserted area and later moved to the district hospital for medical examination.
Investigation Underway
Authorities have begun an investigation to determine the cause of death. Police officials have not ruled out foul play, adding that evidence is being collected from the site. The officer’s family had earlier filed a missing report after he failed to return home for several days.
