New Education Policy Announced

The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) has officially revised the passing criteria for examinations, raising the minimum passing marks from 33% to 40%.

Aim to Improve Academic Standards

According to the Federal  board’s notification, the decision was made to enhance the quality of education and ensure that students achieve a stronger grasp of core subjects before promotion to higher levels.

Implementation in Upcoming Exams

The new policy will be implemented in the next academic session. Schools and teachers have been advised to guide students about the updated criteria and help them adapt through improved preparation and assessment methods.
